Delete your Petal Blocks account

Petal Blocks is published by HOLO (HOLO OTOMOTİV TURİZM İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ). Signing in is optional in the game; this page is how to remove the account if you made one.

In the app

Open Petal Blocks, then Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm. Your provider (Google or Apple) may ask you to sign in once more first. The account and its cloud save are deleted immediately.

By e-mail

If you no longer have the app, write to the address below from the e-mail address you signed in with, with the subject "Petal Blocks account deletion". We delete the account and its cloud save within 30 days and reply when it is done. We may ask one question to make sure the request comes from the account's owner; we never ask for a password.

What is deleted

• The account itself in Firebase Authentication: its identifier, and the e-mail address and display name your provider shared.
• The cloud save stored under it in Firebase Firestore: levels, stars, garden, coins and settings.

What stays, and for how long

• The game progress on your phone is not touched — deleting the account is not deleting the game. Uninstalling the app removes it.
• Purchases (Remove Ads, coin packs) are records held by Google Play or the App Store under your store account, not by us; they are unaffected and can still be restored on the same store account.
• Crash reports and advert measurement collected by Google Firebase and Google AdMob are pseudonymous and are not tied to the account, so they are not part of it. You can reset your Advertising ID in your device settings at any time.
• Nothing about the account is kept after deletion: there is no retention period and no backup copy on our side.
